Nicole Hupp & Associates is a fast growing, high-volume insurance agency looking for an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Aurora office.

This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone who already has insurance and customer service experience, communicates professionally, thrives in a fast paced environment, and genuinely enjoys helping customers.

As part of our team, you will assist clients with billing questions, policy changes, coverage reviews, and overall account support while building strong customer relationships and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
