About this Position

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Communications Department.

This posting reflects an existing vacancy within the organization.

Salary range: $45,000 - $47,000

This is a remote position; however, the successful candidate must work from the office for the duration of the training period before transitioning to a remote work arrangement.

Handle incoming client/agent calls regarding mutual funds

Responsible for providing complete and accurate information to caller by using the department manual, training sessions and system as sources of information
