Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English/French)

Mts Globe Spain is searching for energetic Customer Care Agents for their Palma Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering support via telephone to clients and agencies, confirming transfer schedules, and assisting with lost and found inquiries or customer claims.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, be customer service oriented, and possess language skills in both English and French. A flexible working schedule is also essential.
