About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support the Collections Department. In this role, you will assist with customer follow‑ups, payment reminders, and general collections support while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in all client interactions.
This position is adecuado for someone with prior collections experience who is comfortable communicating with customers in a clear and professional manner.
