Immigration law firm in Oakland, California seeks talented and experienced Case Manager to join our remote team from Mexico!
**Policy**: Our firm aspires to have excellent customer service. As such, we are seeking an overseas Case Manager to help ensure that get all that clients are contacted regularly, that their cases are processed more quickly, and to ensure a smooth and efficient case processing.
**Tasks**:
- Organize and maintain each of the client’s files. (Including opening new files when new clients hire the firm).
- Help schedule and coordinate case closing meetings when the case is complete. Follow up with closed cases to request feedback and in some instances request online reviews.
- Call the clients to welcome them to the firm within 24 hours after they hire us. Ensure that the client has the questionnaire, and the checklist. Give them the appropriate deadline for when we want those documents to us. (Typically within 10 days of hiring us - or before their ne...
