Bilingual case coordinator - internship (Barranquilla)

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of home care services for elderly patients in the U.S. market.
• Help assess client needs and contribute to the development of personalized care plans.
• Act as a point of contact between patients, families, and care providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on service continuity.
• Learn and apply U.S. healthcare compliance standards (CMS guidelines).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, International Business, or a related program.
• English level: able to communicate fluently in a U.S. professional environment.
• Strong organizational skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
• No prior experience required—just commitment and a desire to learn.
