Bilingual Call Center Agent - Towing & Roadside Support

24 Hours Group is seeking an Office-based Call Center Agent in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will handle inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance, gathering details, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely service.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, call center or customer service experience, and proficiency with CRM software. You will work on-site on a full-time PST schedule in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment.
