Bilingual Buyer (Mexicali)

The Bilingual Buyer is responsible for managing the procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, and services required to support daily manufacturing and operational activities. This position ensures timely purchasing processes through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up with both domestic and international suppliers. The Buyer will work closely with production, warehouse, and administrative departments to maintain proper inventory levels and support operational continuity.

• Preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Obtaining and analyzing supplier quotations.
• Negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
• Tracking shipments and ensuring materials arrive according to production schedules.
• Maintaining accurate purchasing records, updating reports.
• Monitoring pending orders and critical materials.
