Our client, a technology consulting business, is looking for a Bilingual Business & Finance Administrator to provide support to both their Madrid and UK offices (from Madrid). This newly created, global position will work closely with the Business Administrator and involve close liaison with the Heads of Finance and People based in the UK.

The remit for this position is wide and includes (but is not limited to):

Finance & Bookkeeping

• Perform core finance tasks including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and month end support (Spain & UK)
• Assist with management reporting (Spain & UK), audits, and ensure compliance with financial controls while building stakeholder relationships
