Role Overview
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Bike Maintenance Tutor to deliver high-quality cycle mechanics training within a custodial education setting at HMYOI Werrington.
As a Bike Maintenance Tutor, you will plan and deliver engaging, practical training programmes up to Level 2, supporting learners to develop core cycle maintenance, repair and diagnostics skills. Alongside technical delivery, you will promote safe working practices, employability skills and personal development, helping learners progress toward further training or employment opportunities.
Working as part of a wider education team, you will play a key role in creating a structured, supportive and motivating learning environment.
