BIGO LIVE - Regional Agency Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing agency relationship and the signing process of new agency.
• Be responsible for hatching potential agencies, motivate them to upgrade to professional agencies.
• Participate in drafting and revising the policies of agency management, and provide reasonable references and suggestions.
• Build and maintain a good cooperating environment and relationship with agencies.
• Work with agency managers to actively manage communities of creators in different verticals.
• Participate in drafting and revising the policies of creators recruiting, calculate and illustrate payment details to creators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in statistics, marketing, business management or related fields;
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, fluent in English and Tagalog;
