Bid & Proposal Specialist_Solar PV

We are looking for a Bid & Proposal Specialist to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Quintas Advisory services. The role will sit within the Commercial department and will report functionally to Quintas Advisory, the technical advisory division of Quintas Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Quintas Advisory services.
• Prepare first drafts of proposals, presentations and supporting documents for internal review.
• Adapt existing templates, scopes of work, methodologies, credentials and service descriptions to new client opportunities.
• Ensure consistency across proposals in terms of scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines and commercial structure.
• Help improve proposal templates, standard texts, internal references and commercial documentation.
