Bid & Proposal Lead — Mobility Solutions (MENA)

Init Innovation In Traffic Systems SE, located in Dubai, is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee the proposal process from kickoff to submission. You will work closely with teams in our Karlsruhe headquarters, preparing documents and managing change requests for projects in the MENA region.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, three years of experience in sales account management, and a proven track record with public transit authorities. Excellent time management and collaboration skills are essential. The position also requires fluency in English, and knowledge of German is a plus.
