We are recruiting a Bid Manager for the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Win Work Team. The role involves leading the entire bid process from capture to project appointment, ensuring compliance, quality, and a winning commercial offering.

• Lead capture planning and win strategy sessions to secure approvals aligned with submission deadlines.
• Execute and drive corporate governance processes, systems, and procedures.
• Ensure effective use of bid tools and processes for all proposals to maximize winning opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to produce a robust response to technical requirements.
