The Bid Manager is responsible for leading and managingUnified Microsystems' bid, tender, proposal, and presales function, serving asthe single point of accountability for all RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and clientproposals.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the successfulcandidate is expected to lead the pre-sales function while remaining activelyinvolved in the delivery of strategic, high-value, complex, orbusiness-critical opportunities. The Bid Manager will work closely with Sales,Projects, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to deliver high-quality, commerciallycompetitive proposals while protecting company profitability and continuouslyimproving bid quality, governance, and win rates.

• Ownand manage the complete bid, tender, proposal, and presales lifecycle,acting as the single point of accountability for all RFPs, RFQs, tenders,bids, and proposals.
