POSITION : Bid Writer / Bid Manager
LOCATION : Commutable from Birmingham , Leicester , Tamworth , Lichfield, Cannock , Coventry
SALARY AND BENEFITS : Up to £55k + Car Allow £6,827 + Pension and Health Cover
4 days in the office and 1 day wfh
THE ROLE
Our client is an established and well respected main contractor in the civils sector. They are looking for an experienced Bid Writer/ Bid Manager who is able to manage the full bid process on some complex and high value projects
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Lead the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions.
* Collaborate closely with Business Development teams to identify, track, and forecast upcoming tender opportunities.
* Support informed bid/no-bid decisions and develop clear win themes using market and client intelligence.
