We’re currently seeking a Bid Manager to join our Workers Compensation division in Melbourne. This is a newly created role, responsible for leading VIC-focused bid and tender activity, ensuring high-quality, compelling submissions that position GB for continued growth. Reporting into the leadership team, this role will take ownership of end-to-end bid and tender management across Victoria. You’ll coordinate inputs from subject matter experts (SMEs), shape strong written submissions, and ensure all tenders are delivered on time and to a high standard.
