A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the U.K’s premier building contractors as a Bid Co‑ordinator.

The contractor has a very strong reputation and has enjoyed positive growth throughout the recession and is looking to continue to grow through the coming years in the same manner.

As a Bid Co‑ordinator you will be part of the Pre‑Construction Team involved in works from £5 – £100 million with projects in the Commercial, Education, Hotel, Mixed Use, High End Residential and Manufacturing Sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the compilation and production of high quality tenders ranging from £250k – £100 million +
• Produce and compile accurate, timely and well‑presented submission documentation for bids, tenders and PQQs
• Understand and develop the bid strategy and client’s specific requirements where appropriate
