We seek an experienced bicycle mechanic specializing in mid to high-end bikes, who shares our passion for cycling, teamwork, and customer focus. Our ideal candidate thrives in detail-oriented environments, adapts well under pressure, and upholds a strong professional ethic.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic.
• Fluent English (minimum B1 level) – essential for communicating with our international clientele.
• Solid knowledge of SHIMANO and SRAM drivetrains.
• Experience or training with suspension and brakes: FOX, RockShox, HeadShok, Lefty, hydraulic discs.
• Proficiency with digital tools (workshop management systems, email, etc.).

Desirable

• Additional languages (German, French, etc.).
• Passion for both road and mountain cycling.
