BI Manager

Qualifications:
Degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field
Postgraduate qualification advantageous
Machine Learning certifications beneficial
Requirements:

Proven experience in a BI Manager or senior BI role
Strong experience developing and improving Machine Learning models
Advanced Business Intelligence and Data Analytics experience
Knowledge of the South African telecoms market and Mobile Network Operators
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
KPAs:

Lead and enhance Business Intelligence initiatives
Develop and optimise Machine Learning models
Deliver strategic insights to support business decision making
Partner with stakeholders across African markets
Drive data governance reporting and analytics best practices
