BI Analyst

Are you a BI professional and Power BI expert who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight?

We're looking for a BI Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence team, supporting some of the largest workforce and talent solutions programmes.

This isn't a reporting role where you'll simply produce data and send it on. We're looking for people who can analyse trends, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions and help stakeholders understand the so what? behind the numbers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for key customers

• Analysing workforce, spend and performance data to identify trends and insights
