BGIS is looking for an estimator with 3-5 years of building automation experience. Critical tasks involve evaluating engineering drawings, creating detailed estimates, and interacting with contractors. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring project efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess mechanical and electrical drawings for project scope
• Analyze design drawings to evaluate control systems
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals
• Communicate and consult with project stakeholders
• Attend training sessions and travel to project sites as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in building automation estimating
