-Hospitality & B&F Background 

-Fluent in Spanish and English (knowledge of Catalan is a plus)

-Current college or university student

- Managing the program “clock machine”.

- Control timetables and changes for F&B employees, holidays and bank holidays.

- Controlling of groups and convention.

- Collaborate with the team in sharing information about Breakfast reports and TripAdvisor reports.

- Provide support to the team at the restaurants and bars when needed.

- Attendance to departmental meetings and the BEO meetings.

- Assist the B&F Coordinator with the booking process of events celebrated throughout the different venues.
