In your capacity as the Member Engagement and High Holy Days Manager, reporting to the Executive Director, you will be vital in cultivating relationships within our synagogue. Your role will encompass managing the membership renewal process and implementing innovative engagement strategies that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the complete membership renewal process
• Coordinate member engagement activities with the Member Engagement Team
• Develop and track new membership kits
• Maintain data accuracy in Shul Cloud
• Manage ticket sales and seating for High Holy Days
