MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Location: Gainsborough Salary: £38,000 – £39,000 Shift: Monday – Friday Days (07:30 – 16:00) Job Role of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer A days-based opportunity has become available for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced, heavy industrial manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on role within a physically demanding environment, working on large-scale plant and conveyor systems where reliability is critical to production.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring equipment is running safely and efficiently at all times.
The role involves working on conveyors and associated machinery, carrying out routine maintenance such as lubrication, and supporting the installation and setup of blades to high tolerance standards.
