Responsibilities

• Anticipate risk and opportunities.
• Provide monthly analysis and commentary on headcount and cost to HR and finance stakeholders.
• Build trends and budgets in a timely manner and explain variances between periods and scenarios.
• Support the HR métiers team on financial topics.
• Act as a bridge between finance and HR (local, zone, BEST, corporate).
• Champion HR and finance system tools.
• Translate HR strategies into financial plans.
• Master HR norms and define the zone/BEST internal control framework.
