BEOL Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to develop and optimize BEOL optical processes in a high‑volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role focuses on improving yield, performance, and reliability through data‑driven approaches such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). You will collaborate cross‑functionally with process, integration, and customer teams to solve complex engineering challenges, support key milestones, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Active participation in the development, optimization, and qualification of BEOL Optical processes to meet performance, yield, and reliability requirements.
