Benefits Team

The Benefits Team is a part of the Global Total Rewards Function within HR and is essential in supporting the attraction, motivation, and retention of company talent.

You will support the strategic development of our benefit programs including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, versatile benefits, and wellbeing programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage employees through regular communications and keep them informed about company benefit plans and any proposed changes.
• Review programs to ensure they are legally compliant and competitive with regard to trends, practices, and costs.
