+ Process enrollments and changes

+ Maintain HRIS records
+ Assist with open enrollment activities
Requirements

+ 2+ years of benefits or HR experience
+ Knowledge of employee benefits programs
+ Experience with HRIS systems
+ Strong confidentiality and attention to detail
