Benefits Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support empathetic assistance to beneficiaries of health, dental, life insurance and other products.
• Provide prompt support in interactions with insurers and providers (in-network providers, authorization of exams, surgery status, etc.).
• Assist in locating providers and directing cases to insurers' health programs, following established workflows.
• Clarify beneficiaries' questions about using the health plan and the mobile app.
• Support scheduling of appointments, exams and executive check-ups.
• Perform quick triage of new cases and follow the established handover process to transfer cases to the team with all necessary information.
• Work with the Boon benefit (Wellhub), handling access issues, benefit inquiries, and scheduling via the platform.
• Record service interactions in the platform, following established workflows.
