JOB FOCUS
• Coordinate benefits enrollment processes, including new hire orientations and open
enrollment periods
• Assist with administration of employee benefits programs and eligibility verification via
HelpDesk tickets
• Process and track benefits-related paperwork such as enrollments, changes, and
terminations
• Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in HRIS
• Support Benefits Administrator with administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with US Benefits Administration, Data Compliance, and Audit teams for
data corrections and validations
• Handle escalations related to refunds and arrears with the Benefits Service Center
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Any Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field)
• 1–2 years of experience in US HR Support or Benefits Administration
