**Description**
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
The Bender Shear Operator ($23.50-$30.00/hour) is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. You will be creating steel cages based on production drawings while working in the production facility. The structural integrity and quality of our products depends on you doing your job correctly.
Reporting to our Production Supervisor, you’ll primarily work with the cage fabrication, quality control and production teams.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
+ Manufacturing rebar material for precast reinforcing cages within specific tolerances using the rebar bender and shear.
+ Packaging steel reinforcing for transport to cage department.
+ Utilizing time effectively and organizing day with fluctuating schedules; Bender Shear Operator must be 1 Day ahead of Cage department schedule.
