Belgium (Telecom / English): IT Network Engineer (REF18)

Client : A leading telecom operator

Looking for a candidate with good knowledge and general overview on database, with strong IT background, able to propose database related solutions for the customer’s needs and also build them. Needs to have good social skills as it’s important for the candidate to build a good relationship with the database architects and experts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translate business database demands into a cost-efficient IT solution composed of standardized (& preferable automated) DB components
• Build and deliver these solutions in a sprint timeboxed manner assuring high quality standards
• Collaborate with both “customer front door “and platform squads seeking improvement on the increments every quarter
• Promote DBaaS and impersonate our “Cloud First” strategy where suitable
