BSO Clinician – Behaviour Support Outreach Team

Job Summary

Baycrest has been appointed as the health service provider accountable for leading the implementation of the Toronto Ontario Health region’s Behaviour Support Action Plan. The BSO Clinician will work on the Behaviour Support Outreach Team (BSOT) and will travel and work in the long‑term care and community sectors to help with managing responsive behaviours, capacity building, and data collection. The BSO Clinician will complete client observations and assessments, recommend appropriate interventions, model strategies and assist with transitions across sectors.
