Behavioural Consultant - Older Adult (Surrey)

Overview

Detailed Overview Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Operations, the Behavioural Consultant conducts comprehensive behavioural assessments and supports case managers in developing and implementing behavioural interventions for clients with cognitive impairment, behaviours associated with dementia and psychiatric disorders.

Works in collaboration with the interprofessional team to support the development, implementation and review of admission safety plans, behaviour support plans and access and discharge planning.

Provides supportive information to community care networks and participates in the evaluation of process and outcomes to ensure continuing quality of service.
