A welcoming and supportive school in Newbury is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural support and help them develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and socially.

In this role, the Behaviour Teaching Assistant will work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, supporting them to manage their behaviour, regulate emotions, and engage positively in the classroom.
