Behaviour Mentor

Some children need a steady, calm adult who helps them reset, refocus, and believe in themselves. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support a primary-aged pupil on a 1:1 basis in a friendly, community-focused school near Wotton-under-Edge. You'll help build positive routines, encourage emotional regulation, and make each school day a little brighter.

No formal qualifications are needed, but experience working with children or young people is preferred. This could be from schools, youth work, sports coaching, childcare, or similar roles.

You'll need:

• A patient, resilient, and encouraging approach
• Experience supporting children, ideally with behavioural needs
• Two years of professional references
• An Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service
