Hours Per Week: 40.00
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
*Eligible for Sign on Bonus*
This position will serve children in the Belfast Schools (RSU 71) as well as adults and other children in Waldo County.
Summary:
Working within a multi-disciplinary team, provides comprehensive case management services to improve mental health, and in conjunction with the primary care provider, improve medical health to adults with serious and persistent mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbance.
