**About this Opportunity**

Reporting to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering direct, individualized intervention services to young children with Autism Spectru m Disorder (ASD) in a clinic‑based setting. This role supports the implementation of evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, contributes to skill development and behavior improvement, and plays a vital role in supporting children and families while maintaining UW Autism Center clinical standards and practices.
