About the Role
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing client-specific behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on delivering direct, face-to-face behavioral services, collecting accurate data, and supporting clients in developing independent, age-appropriate skills. The RBT works closely with clients, families, and treatment teams to promote skill generalization and reduce the need for ongoing services while maintaining professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
