Title: Before and After School Program Lead (BAP Lead)

Reports to: Regional Manager, YWCA Spryfield/ Beaver Bank Early Learning and Child Care

Job Classification: Term (school year), Part‑time / 18‑25 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, depending on location) – eligible to be renewed the following school year

Salary: Based on NS ECE classification level

Location: Spryfield, NS

Lead Position Summary

• The Program Lead is expected to work within established guidelines of the YWCA and within the policy, procedures and regulations to deliver the planned quality before and after school program.
• Responsible for the coordination, management and delivery of the program through the creation and implementation of the daily program and menu (snack) planning.
• Ensures the program is operating according to all required and mandatory YWCA & BAP standards.
