Beauty Store Leader: Elevate Service & Performance

Sephora Dubai seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead and train the team, drive sales and ensure exceptional client experience. You will coach store staff, manage floor leadership segments, and monitor KPIs to deliver outstanding results.

The role requires 5–6 years in store management, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). You’ll oversee operations, stock, merchandising, and in-store events to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
