Beauty Advisor Manager

We are currently looking for a Beauty Advisor Manager who will be responsible for managing Beauty Advisors on a daily operation to ensure their performances meet company KPI. This position will need someone who has administrative skills, has experience working with BA Agency/Outsource company, familiar to data analytics and able to cooperate with numerous people in all levels (Beauty Advisor, Team Leader, Regional Trainer)

Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia and will be responsible for:

• Plan, create, implement, and evaluate KPI and incentive schemes for Beauty Advisors
• Analyze and set strategy for managing Beauty Advisors to increase good performance and GMV
