Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Provide personalized beauty consultations, recommend products based on customer needs, and offer expert advice on skincare, makeup, and other beauty items.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of beauty products and trends, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales by meeting targets, ensuring attractive product displays, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in beauty or cosmetics is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in beauty retail or customer service is preferred.
• Skills and Attributes: Strong communication skills, a passion for beauty products, and the ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
