Responsibilities
- Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
- Scheduling clients appointments.
- Data entry of client's information.
- Keep documentation and maintain clients files.
- Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation.
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients queries, needs and expectations.
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
- Stock taking.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat.
- Any other administrative task when required.
- Work weekends and PH.
