Planning & strategizing business development & client relation with existing clients.Addresses concern and queries of clients by being personally available to them & sees to that they are handled immediately.Implementing systems & reporting to the HOD on the same.Understanding department wise function & implementing the same.Understand client briefs and communicate the same to operations or Design team.Responsible for Timely recovery of money.Business development & sustenance planning with HOD.Responsible for the Highest quality of services on time.To help meet targets with HOD’s and achieve the same.Ensure smooth flow of communication within department & department heads.To align self with account & client.To ensure highly efficient brand interpersonal relationship.Maintain open communication with all team.
