About the Role
Three structured internship positions for people who want to learn institutional BD from inside a live, ambitious protocol company. You will work directly with senior BD professionals on real pipeline opportunities. The program runs 3-6 months with a clear path to a permanent hire for top performers.
What You Will Own
- Conduct research on target institutional accounts: background, investment mandate, decision‑maker mapping
- Support outreach campaigns: drafting initial contact emails and managing follow‑up sequences
- Assist with pitch deck and presentation preparation
- Maintain CRM data quality
- Produce market research reports on competitor positioning and tokenization market trends
- Support conference preparation: attendee lists, meeting scheduling, and logistics coordination
