BBQ Cook & Smoke Specialist

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a motivated barbecue cook to prepare and smoke a variety of meats, monitor temperatures, and ensure consistency with recipes and presentation standards.

You will work with the team, assist with prep, plating, and cleanup, manage inventory of barbecue supplies, and handle shifts including weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of smoking techniques and food safety is preferred.
