What you will do
- Provide active technical leadership within base stocks supporting ExxonMobil manufacturing opportunities
- Improve base stocks technical capabilities by mentoring, reviewing technical work, developing and delivering technical training
- Evaluate, develop, and deploy base stocks technologies to deliver value to the business
- Provide process engineering technical leadership to support ExxonMobil manufacturing sites, optimization and troubleshooting during abnormal operation
- Function as process technology technical lead for capital project development from screening studies to unit startup
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup of grassroots or revamped facilities
- Lead or provide guidance on process modelling development, sustainment and development
- Collaborate with 3rd parties to develop, design, manufacture, test and deploy new technologies
