Summary
The Bartender/Server works at our shoreside Café, The Landing. This is a responsible, demanding but fun job with an opportunity to meet a wide range of interesting people. Bartenders are under the direct supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of all food and beverage menus including daily specials
- Answer questions regarding menu and beverage/cocktail options.
- Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
- Receive payment from the customer and process change.
